“You need something sorted in Rome, but you're in São Paulo. In Rome, someone is looking for work. King Hands brings the two together and holds the money until the task is provably delivered.”

How it works

Three steps on each side.

I need it done.

you're the King — the one who asks

1
Post it

Describe the task, pick the city, set the deadline and how much you're willing to pay. It takes under two minutes.

2
Protect it

You pay upfront, but the money doesn't go to the professional: it's held in a neutral account until delivery is proven.

3
Approve it

You get photos, files and a record of every step. Approve, and the payment is released. Nothing delivered, and the money comes back to you.

I get it done.

you're the Hand — the one on the ground

1
Accept

Browse open tasks in your city and invites sent straight to you. The money is already set aside before you leave the house.

2
Do the work

Do what was agreed and record each step with a photo or a document in the app. The record protects both sides.

3
Get paid

Once the delivery is approved, the amount lands in your wallet with the fee already deducted. No chasing clients, no waiting on invoices.

What you get at the end

  • Photos with the date, time and place they were taken
  • Scanned documents as PDFs, whenever paperwork is involved
  • The stamped filing or delivery receipt, where there is one
  • A PDF receipt with the full history of the task
What you can ask for

In-person tasks, done by someone who is there.

You describe what you need, pick the city and set what it's worth. A verified professional accepts it, does it and records every step in the app. At the end you get the photos, the scanned documents and a receipt — no trip, no asking anyone for a favour.

Real examples

  • Collect a birth certificate from a registry office in another city and send you the scanned PDF.
  • Inspect an apartment before you sign the lease: photos of every room and an honest account of its condition.
  • Hand a key over to a tenant or a guest and confirm who received it, with a photo and a timestamp.
  • Wait for the internet technician or a furniture delivery at the scheduled time, in the resident's place.
  • File a request at a consulate or a public office and send you the stamped receipt the same day.

Your task isn't listed?
Describe it in your own words: what needs doing, where, by when and what it's worth. If it can be proven with a photo or a document, you can ask for it on King Hands.
Safety

Three mechanisms, no vague promises.

🔒

Protected payment

When you post the task, the amount leaves your account and is held in a neutral account (escrow) — one that belongs to neither you nor the professional. They aren't paid before delivering; you don't pay without receiving. If there's a disagreement, our team reviews the records and refunds you where it's warranted.

📸

Proof of execution

Every step is recorded in the app with a photo or a document — and each record carries three marks that can't be altered afterwards:

server time
location
# file integrity check

In practice, you can tell when a record was made, from where, and whether the file was changed afterwards. At the end it all becomes a PDF receipt with the task's full history.

Reputation

Client and professional rate each other from 1 to 5 at the end of every task. Beyond the score, hitting the deadline and the cancellation history count too: accept and then back out, and you slide down the invite list. Ratings are public on the profile, next to the number of completed tasks.

Tracking

Every step is on the record.

Task created

You describe the task, the address and the deadline.

Verified Hand accepted

Profile checked, with history and rating visible.

Arrival recorded

Photo on site, with date, time and location.

Delivery recorded

Receipts, photos and reference numbers attached to the task.

Task completed

Final report delivered and payment released.

Pricing

A 25% service fee. That's all.

You set what the task is worth — US$30, US$100, US$500, whatever it's worth to you. On top of that, King Hands charges a 25% service fee. No subscription, nothing to pay to post a task, and no new charge appearing at the end.

Example — a US$100 task
Task value (set by you)US$ 100
Service fee (25%)− US$ 25
The professional receivesUS$ 75

The 25% covers the account that holds your payment, identity verification for professionals, the recording of the evidence and dispute review when something goes wrong. For professionals, registration costs US$3 — refunded on the first completed task.

What it usually costs

A quick, simple task — picking up a document that's already issued, photographing a property — usually lands between US$40 and US$60. Tasks involving travel, queues or several hours of waiting normally run between US$80 and US$200. Amounts are in US dollars — in your currency, the equivalent applies. It's your call: the better the offer, the faster someone accepts.

Professional levels

What opens doors is the track record.

Each level adds a diamond to your badge: New starts with none, and every task completed with a good rating fills the next one — up to Elite, with the full five. Each level unlocks bigger tasks and more invitations.

New
verified account · 0 tasks

Can take tasks from the city's public board, with up to two running at once.

Professional
10 tasks completed · 4.5+ rating

Starts receiving direct invites from clients and can run up to five tasks at once.

Advanced
30 tasks completed · 4.7+ rating

Ranks higher in recommendations and unlocks tasks worth up to US$300.

Specialist
70 tasks completed · 4.8+ rating

Enhanced verification badge and access to high-value tasks above US$300.

Elite
150 tasks completed · 4.9+ rating

Top priority on invites, payout within 24 hours and dedicated support.

A rating below the minimum on three consecutive tasks drops the professional back a level. The level belongs to the person, not to a company — and follows them across every city they work in.

Frequently asked questions

What everyone asks

What if the professional doesn't deliver?+

The money was never with them: it sits in the neutral account until you approve. No proven delivery, no payout — the amount goes back to you. If you disagree about what was delivered, our team reviews the photos, the documents and the recorded timestamps and decides on that basis.

What kind of task can I ask for?+

Any lawful in-person task that can be evidenced with a photo or a document: collecting a certificate from a registry, getting a paper apostilled, filing a request, inspecting a property before renting it, handing over a key, receiving a delivery, waiting for a technician, photographing the progress of building work.

How much does it cost?+

You set the task value; King Hands charges 25% on top of it, with no subscription. On a US$100 task the professional receives US$75. In practice, simple tasks usually land between US$40 and US$60, and tasks with travel and waiting between US$80 and US$200. Registration for professionals costs US$3, refunded on the first completed task.

When does the professional get paid?+

As soon as you approve the delivery. If you don't respond within the review window, the system approves automatically so nobody goes unpaid because of a forgotten notification. The amount lands in the wallet with the fee already deducted.

Who can work as a professional?+

Any adult willing to work, once verified: photo ID, confirmation that they're a real person (a liveness selfie) and evidence that they operate in that city. From there on, it's reputation that opens up the opportunities.

Can I cancel a task?+

Yes. Before anyone accepts, at no cost. After acceptance, the professional has to agree — or compensation is due for their time: 25% of the value if they had only accepted, 50% if they had already started. The same rule applies when it's the professional who backs out.
